About my first day on my "30 Day Weight Loss Challenge"

Yesterday morning I weighed in..first thing.. Then I had breakfast.. Water, fresh strawberries and grapes.

After breakfast I got up and cleaned up around the house.. to keep myself moving around and busy.. Washing laundry.. washing dishes.. vacuumed the carpet in the living room, Gracie's room and our room. Walking around putting things away. At lunch I made Gracie a turkey sandwich and I had a turkey burger..but instead of the bun I wrapped the burger patty with romaine lettuce and drank water with lunch.

Once we got done with lunch we went down to the pool for an hour. Then it was time to head back to the house to get ready to go to Gracie's gymnastics glass.

I do not think I am having a hard time losing weight. It's no special secret.. I am just eating healthy foods and drinking water and not soda. I am also watching the amount of bread I eat. IF I eat bread sometime during the day I will not have bread again for a day or so. When I say bread I mean.. Another thing I do, too, is I watch the serving size. All food labels have serving size on them. I have also stopped eating mayo and cheese. When I make chicken or tuna salad I use non-fat yogurt instead of mayo for flavor. Garlic is a good spice to use instead of salt. All these things are good ways to be healthier. Please keep following my journey on my weight loss challenge.
